Client: Covidien (Respiratory & Monitoring Solutions)

Covidien is an Ireland-headquartered global health care products company and manufacturer of medical devices and supplies. It was recently acquired by Medtronic. Starting in January 2015, I started working with RMS, based in Boulder, CO helping out with global product launches and commercialization.

The Assignment

I was initially brought on to fill in for a product manager who was out on leave, to ensure things moved forward with global product launches, post-market clinical studies, communications and representing global marketing in cross-functional meetings. 

These days I'm continuing to help on various projects, including concepting and developing an internal launch video, doing internal market research with global sales teams to provide critical input for successful launches, writing business cases and charters, and helping with product launches.
